Code a sports game

Today we did a sports game on our Chromebook, we couldn't go outside because it was raining, there was a tutorial with some stuff that you had to read it then do what it says to do but you have to pick the blocks that are right, if you clicked the wrong block then you would have to change it up and restart. Scratch shapes

Yesterday we made scratch shapes and it was really fun, I made 14.

 Yesterday I got a new puppy called Mika she is really small and really cute she is very playful and cuddly she is as small as a kitten she is a Pomeranian crossed with a Shih Tzu. She likes having her photo taken and I will show you some of them.

 Today we had the CRT team was in, we made optical illusions these are the ones I choose to do and I finished them.

She has huge brown eyes like chocolate moose, Feels like a soft teddy Bear, Golden and has soft ears, Moves like sonic, Carries a teddy bear and her Breath smells of dog treats she speaks like she is a toddler and says “Do you Want to play?”

                                              The house was usual enough; it had a lounge, a kitchen, bedrooms and another lounge.  My friends and I did what friends do - ran down the hallway, jumped  round and round the couch, Baked muffins, played in my bedroom and watched TV.

My second post.

This is a slideshow that I made all by myself.it is called why its good to be different. here it is.

• Because you would get bored of yourself.

• Because otherwise everyone would want to play with everyone and it will get all crowded

• If your all the same then if somebody farted you wouldn't know who did it.

this is my scratch art picture. first we used pastels and drew a rainbow after the covered it with black paint then we made a design with toothpicks.

On Tuesday we went on pixel art I drew a love heart it doesn't load so I can't put the photo on but I like it.

I tried to make a dog that looks like my dog pixel this is what I tried to draw it was hard so I didn't draw it.

My name is Maia and I worked with Jessica.  We used a Pine nut, Corn seeds, Lima beans, Pinto beans and Chickpeas. We had to soak them in water for twenty four hours.  Jessica is the one with blonde hair. Maia is the one with the darker hair. We had to peel the coat slowly because otherwise they would break. We had to peel the seed coat off and put it in the right piles then we had to carefully dissect and put the side with no embryo in the middle pile. Then we pulled out the embryo. In each one it was a different size. They all looked different.

The most important bit was that we didn't break the embryo.

 

 

The fairy and Autumn.

Once upon a time there was a little girl named Autumn and even though her name was Autumn her mind was filled with weeds. 

One day she got to school a bit too early.

No one was there so she walked to the door and pulled the door. 

It was unlocked so she opened it and walked in.

All of a sudden there was a magic fairy that popped out of nowhere.

The magic fairy made her vanish and teleport to a magic school. 

It was break time so everyone was outside.

After break they got into technology. 

Autumn walked into a random room where there was a teacher called Kathy but her achaul name is Dorothy. 

Kathy was really nice.

Autumn grew more and more flowers in her mind.

Our cats Pepper, Lacey and Hendrix.

Pepper is a black cat. She is very fluffy. She is the fluffiest of Lacey and Hendrix
and her. She is a really good cat and very lucky and lazy. She likes sleeping on
a couch. She is fat. Millah’s cat.

Hendrix is a black and white and grey cat. He isn't as fluffy as Pepper but still
very fluffy. He gets in fights and then comes back in. He is a lazy cat.
He likes sleeping on my brother's  bed and sometimes even mine. Hendrix is fat.
Maia’s cat.

Lacey is the same as Hendrix the same color the same fluffiness.
She brings birds and mice into the house. She is a lazy cat. She likes sleeping
on my sister's bed. Lacey is very slim. Maia’s cat.

When I was in Australia I was going on a thing that was like a roller coaster but it wasn't and it went up backwards and down forwards sometimes it goes up forwards and down backwards. I was so scared, then I tried it and I said “ I don't wanna do this!” I was crying. After I tried it. I said that I wanted to go again and so I went again. It was way more fun because I knew that it didn't go too far up so I wasn't as scared as I was the first time.

lockdown

When I was younger there was a lockdown and it was because of covid19. It was nice because i got to spend a lot of time with my family. My best friend Millah was in my bubble. We got to do school work together and we made a lot of baking. Her brother Ollie loved the baking and everyday he asked if he could have some homemade scrolls, muffins or biscuits. I learnt how to lip sync with Millah one song was count on me by bruno mars. It was SO fun! The other song was girls just want to have fun. We also planted some bulbs my Grandma says “ 3 or 5 looks the best then we put it on our blog. Then i did an anzac post. Then i did a letter for Eugene. Then i did a post about The goblins in the hole. Then i did another post about my cats Lacey and Hendrix. Then i did a post about the toilet roll challenge.(my cat Lacey was the best.)

Gardening

Putting bulbs in the ground.

Today me, my sister and Millah planted some bulbs. Firstly me and Millah looked on the back of the packets to know if it needed full sun or part shade. 

Then we looked  on the back to see how deep we needed to dig.

Then we put our gear on because if you didn't it would get into your lungs and you would have to spend a lot of time in hospital.

We did some hoeing to get some weeds out.

Then we grabbed a shovel and dug a hole about 12-15cm big.

Then we grabbed some compost and put it in the hole and mixed it together.

Then we put the bulbs in and put them face up. Then we put all the soil on top.

We did it again and again and again. We kept doing it repetitively.

These are all the bulbs we put in, we're going to do more tomorrow. We have 138 bulbs we had to put in.

Peanut butter biscuits with chocolate chips.

Today me,my brother and my sister made peanut butter biscuits with chocolate chips inside and this is the recipe:

1 cup of peanut butter

1 cup of brown sugar

1 cup of chocolate chips

½ a cup of flour

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 egg

Mix everything together and form them into balls. Place them on an oven tray and put them in the oven for 8 minutes. Put the oven on at 200 degrees Celsius.
